…I have been obsessed with pancakes…chocolate chip pancakes to be exact. I have been eating them every morning. They are officially my go-to-favorite-breakfast-food-ever.
-I cook them in a little butter. ( they get crispier that way)
-Often times Ill make extra and I put them in the fridge. They are just as good cold.
-I never use syrup. ( I don’t like the maple flavor with the chocolate)
-I add a pat of butter and sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
-Add a cup of coffee and breakfast is served.
