Feeling a bit under the weather.  Drinking lots of tea and consuming an abundance of vitamin C.

I have people coming this weekend.  Excited.  Lets hope I can shake this bug.

  1. There’s something great to help feel better : fresh ginger root boiled. I talked about it … beginning of january … Very easy to prepare : thin slices of fresh ginger roots. You put it into cold water, heat it, let boil for 10 to 15 min. Just add some honey to ajust the taste. It’s my aunt potion, and it works wonder !
